But before doing yoga for face, I will explain to you how anti-aging exercise works. Exercise for your face removes fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging of your face.

This exercise strengthens the skin of your hypodermic, dermis, and epidermis layer. which is your upper, middle, and lower parts of your face?

This face yoga exercise greatly helps in blood circulation and nourishment on your face. As a result, your skin glows, toxic particles are removed from your skin and your skin becomes much more moisturized.

First Exercise for Face -

Let me tell you the first exercises to face. You have to keep the edges of both your hands on the face. 

The position should be as you close your eyes with your hands. Now you have to stretch your face with the sides of the palms of your hands.

The second most benefit of this exercise is your fine line near your nose which we call a smile line get vanished.

Face yoga Exercise for Double chin-

We can solve our problem of double chin if do this exercise in a little bit different way. Now I am telling you what you have to do. In the first face yoga exercise, you had to stretch your face backward near your eyes but in this, you should stretch your face near to your chin. 

How will you do this is the question?

First, take your both hand, now place the palm of your hand near to your both jawline. Stretch your face backward with the help of your palm taken care that your face should be in the roof direction.

At the same time pull your lips forward. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times. I am pretty sure your double chin problem will be cured in some weeks.

Now the question is how it works. This yoga face exercise stretches your excessive fat from your face and your face transformed into a slim piece. 

This method I personally called "how to slim a face" in a week.

Happy face yoga exercise-

Next, my personal favorite exercise is happy face yoga. 

In my previous article if you read I have told you about the water fill technique. This is something like the water fill technique. In this what you have to do. First, make a smiling face, not a pretty one, you should make your face like you are in the condition of laughter. 

You know when we laugh with heart means full laughter which affects our muscles .our muscles get healthy. 

If we do this position for 5 to 10 minutes daily I am sure you are never getting old.

You're fine line problem, double chin problem, wrinkles all get banished by this simple laughter remedy for 10 to 15 minutes daily.
