1) Facemask Of Aloe vera Gel and Honey-

1) Take a small amount of Aloe vera gel and Honey.

2) Now mix the Both and stir until it converts into sticky glue.

3) Put the paste on your forehead and left it for half an hour.

4) After half-hour wash your forehead and space between eyebrows.

5) Make it your habit and do it every day.

2 ) Mixture of Aloe vera gel and Vitamin E capsule-

1) First take 5g of aloe vera gel.

2) Now break 2 vitamin capsule and mix its liquid with gel.

3) Stir the mixture.

4) When the mixture is ready then apply it on your forehead.

1) In My first Face yoga, you will use the first two fingers of your right hand.

Put these fingers on your eyebrow leaving the space between the eyebrows.

Now try to push your finger outside. You will find that the vertical lines between your eyebrows get vanished.

Repeat this exercise for 5 to 7 times for better results.

After some days you will find that your frown lines between eyebrows lighten.

2) In my second Face yoga exercise, we will use our both hands finger.

We will join our fingers and put it on the forehead.

Now try to massage your forehead by softly rubbing.
