How to do Ardha Asana-

Preparatory Pose- 

1) Balasana

2) Matsyasana

3) Vajrasana

Steps-

1) First of all you have to sit with your feet spread out above the mat.

2) Both hands should be behind this way so that you can support your back.

3) Your spine should be straight and your eyes in the front.

4) Now you have to bend your left leg cross it above the right leg and place it near the knee.

5) Now you have to fold your Right Leg and place your right Heel under the left Thigh.

6) Now you have to Raise your Right Hand and grab your Right Toe.

7) Keep your left leg back and also move your neck towards the left.

8) Twist your torso left with the neck.

9) You have to stay in this pose for at least a few minutes.

10) Your body should not be loose during this posture.

11) Slowly you can leave this pose.

1) Beginner -   30 to 40 seconds

2) Intermediate-   40 seconds to 1 minute

3) Expert -   1 to 2 minutes
