How to do Side Plank Pose –

Preparatory Pose – 

1) Chakrasana

2) Plank pose

3) Trikonasana

Steps –

1) First of all you have to lie down Relax on top of the mat.

2) Now you have to lie down on the right side and attach your right palm to the ground.

3) Now you have to press Pam vigorously on the ground and lift your body.

4) Your legs should be well glued and should align properly.

5) Your body should be absolutely straight and properly aligned.

6) Now you have to lift the left hand in the air, remember that the right hand and left hand should align in the same line.

7) Your face should be on the left-hand side.

8) You have to lift your body in this position for some time.

9) You have to continue to inhale and exhale the breath.

10) Finally you have to repeat the same again from the reverse side.

Beginner -   30 to 60 seconds
