How to Start Shoulder Press Pose –

Preparatory Pose –

1) Balasana

2) camatkarasana

3) Virasana

Steps –

1) Friends, first of all, you have to sit on the mat by spreading your legs.

2) Your back should be straight and your legs should be absolutely straight.

3) Now you have to bend your legs slightly inwards from the knee and lock your left foot by moving it on top of the right foot. As shown in the image.

4) Now you have to press your palms on the ground.
