1) Palming -

Palming is a very easy and Eye Relaxing Yoga exercise. You should do this pose after waking up in the morning.

It is believed that if you do this pose in the morning, then your eyesight improves very fast.

In this pose, you have to first rub both your palms for 20 to 30 seconds.

When your palm gets a little warm, then you have to close your eyes and compress the eyes with your palm.

This removes the stress of your eyes. You should repeat this pose at least 3 to 4 times.

2) Blinking – 

Blinking is a very easy and effective exercise. You can do this pose anywhere.

Suppose you are working in front of the computer in the office and your eyes have started getting heavy.

Then you should take a break from the computer and blink your eyes.

You have to do 3 to 5 sets of blinking and each set should be of 20 to 30 seconds.

This makes your eyes feel very relaxed.

3) Eye Rotation –

Eye Rotation is considered a very good Eye Exercise in India.

You can do this exercise in the morning, afternoon and at night, it increases the chances of improving your eyesight.

In Eye Rotation, you should rotate your eyes up, down, right, and left.

This gives your eyes stress relief. You should do 3 to 4 sets of this pose and each set can last for 20 to 30 seconds.

4) Up and Down Movement –

In the Up and Down Movement, you have to raise your Right-Hand Thumb to your Eye.

Now you have to concentrate on your thumb for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds you have to raise your thumb.

Your eye should also move up with the thumb. Now you have to bring your Thumb in front of the Eyes again.

After stopping for a few seconds, you have to move your thumb downwards and your eyes should also move downwards.

5) Tip to Nose Focus –

Tip to Nose Focus is a very easy pose, you can do this pose easily.

First of all, you have to focus your eyes on the nose and slowly concentrate your focus on the tip of the nose.

After focusing for a few seconds, you have to relax your eyes and focus on the nose again.

6) Near and Far Viewing –

In near and Far Viewing, you have to make a point above the wall. Now you have to focus on this point.

After focusing for a few seconds, you have to release the focus. After rest for 3 to 4 seconds, you have to focus on the again point.

This strengthens the muscles of your eyes and improves your vision.
