How to do Ardha Chakrasana-

Preparatory Pose-

1) Anantasana

2) Siddhasana

3) Virasana

Steps-

1) First of all you have to stand upright, there should be an equal distance between your legs.

2) Your knees, waist, and neck should be straight.

3) Now you have to move your hands behind the waist and hold the wrist of the left hand with your right hand.

4) Now you have to support your lower back with your hand.

5) Slowly take a breath inward and bend your upper body backward.

6) You have to bend for at least 10 to 15 seconds.

7) Now you have to slowly bring your body forward and remember to breathe out.

8) Thus you practice this pose at least 5 times.

9) Remember that you have to put the breath in while bending and while coming back you have to do the breath out.
