1) You should be in Tadasana, your arches should be active, you should be straight and your chin should be parallel.

2) Before doing this, take two blocks and put this block in front of you.

3) Your core must be engaged, your ribcage in line with your pelvis, your shoulder should be down, your neck must be long and your chin must be parallel.

4) Take your left leg to 45 degrees and your right leg just get ahead.

5) Your hip should be facing the front and from here flex forward from the hip joint. But remember that your back leg should be active, don't lose.

6) Bend and put your right palm on a block similarly left palm on another block. Your shoulder should be relaxed.

7) Here you simply breathe in and out.

8) Now place your left hand on the block but support the right hand on your hips.

9) Raise your right hand towards the sky and your face should parallel to the ground.

10) Keep inhaling and exhaling. After some time return to the original position.

11)  repeat this posture daily 3 to 4 times.

Duration-

The beginner can do this Pose for 1 minute

Intermediate can do between 1 to 2 minutes

The expert can do more than 2 minutes
