How to do Ardha Chandrasana –

Preparatory Pose –

1) Dhanurasana

2) Virabhadrasana

3) Lolasana

Steps –

1) First of all you have to stand upright, the distance between your two legs should be equal.

2) Now you have to stretch the left leg back and bend the right leg forward.

3) Now you have to join both your hands and Raise them upwards.

4) Now you have to slowly move your hands back.

5) Your chest should be on the outside and your waist should be on the inside.

6) You should have Core Engage.

7) During Posture, you have to do normal breathing.

8) Remain in the posture for some time and release the pose slowly.
