2) Kon - Angle

How to do Samakonasana-

Preparatory Pose –

1) Padhastasana

2) Trikonasana

3) Balasana

Steps –

1) First of all you have to stand directly above the mat, it should be 3 to 4 feet away from your wall.

2) Now you have to bend the upper part of your body at 90 degrees from the pelvis.

3) Your head should also bend at 90 degrees with the body.

4) Your head should not be tilted too much and not too much upwards.

5) Now you also have to raise your hands in the direction of your upper body.

6) Your upper body, head, and hand should align in the same direction.

7) If you are having difficulty balancing the hand, then you can balance with the help of the wall.

8) You have to inhale and exhale properly.

9) Keep the body in this position for some time.

10) Finally the body has to drop slowly and fall into the original position.

Beginner – less than 30 seconds

Intermediate – between 30 to 40 seconds
